These filters are mainly used as fine filters with high filtration class in air handling units or as pre-filters in clean rooms. Bag filters are very widely used, they are used, among others in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and public utilities industries.

Specifications

To ensure proper operation of the bag filter in ePM1 65% class according to ISO16890, a pre-filter with a lower filtration class should be placed before the fine filter, e.g. a panel filter in the ISO Coarse 60% class. The filter pockets are made of high quality synthetic materials. Synthetic material fibers have been designed in such a way as to ensure low initial air resistance and then high efficiency of catching particles of ePM10, ePM2.5 and ePM1 size. Filter frames can be made of galvanized steel or (optionally) from plastic, depending on customer preferences. To ensure adequate air flow, the pocket filter should be mounted in such a way that the filter pockets are oriented vertically (as in the picture above
