Structure

The bag filter frames are made of plastic or galvanized steel, giving them adequate rigidity and strength. The standard frame thickness is 20-25mm. We also do not standard from 18mm up. ISO Coarse bag filters are made of high-performance German materials. The system of synthetic polyester fibers with a progressive structure (increasing fiber density) ensures a minimum ratio of filtration efficiency to resistance. To ensure filter tightness, the pockets are connected to the frame with staples or glue depending on the material the frame is made of. The whole is secured with a foam seal.
