Bag filter ePM2.5 70%

(PN-EN 779:2012 F7)

ePM2.5 bag filters are installed as preliminary or fine filters in ventilation and air conditioning systems. They are used, depending on the type of filter, to remove coarse or fine dust. This material is used in many cases as a final filter due to increased dust absorption.

Specifications

To ensure proper operation of the pocket filter in ePM2.5 70% class according to ISO16890, a pre-filter with a lower filtration class should be placed before the fine filter, e.g. panel filter in the ISO Coarse class 60%. The filter pockets are made of high-quality synthetic materials. Synthetic material fibers have been designed to provide low initial air resistance, followed by high-performance capture of solid particles ePM10, ePM2.5, and ePM1. Filter frames can be made of galvanized steel sheets or (optionally) plastic, depending on the type of customer preferences. To ensure adequate airflow, the bag filter should be mounted in such a way that the filter pockets should be placed vertically (as in the photo above).
